Saepio is looking for a confident, driven and competitive person to join our team as an Inside Sales Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist.

Description of Duties

• Qualify and allocate leads for sales teams
• Generate interest in Saepio’s solutions through daily outbound calls to our focus accounts
• Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail
• Provide high level online demonstrations of Saepio’s solutions
• Enter all prospecting and lead follow up activity into Saepio’s CRM
• Develop and sustain knowledge of Saepio solutions and associated technologies
• Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
• Opportunity for advancement based on performance and Saepio needs

Qualifications

The Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist must be an assertive, confident individual driven both to succeed individually and as a team. The individual must demonstrate the ability to cold call into senior level executives to initiate contact and successfully introduce Saepio solutions as the answer to their applicable business challenges.

• BA/BS degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM, SFA, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
• Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
• Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven
• Must be willing to work within a team environment
• Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
• College athletic experience a plus
• Recent college graduates welcome
• 1-2 years inside sales experience selling software or software-as-a-service a plus

Compensation

The Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist role is a full-time salaried + variable position with total compensation dependent on prior experience. The position includes comprehensive benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, and 401(k)).
