Saepio Appoints Rick Macartney as Vice President of Client Services
15-year enterprise content management veteran to lead client implementation and custom solutions delivery processes for leading EMM provider.

KANSAS CITY, MO – (10/15/09) – Saepio, a leading provider of enterprise marketing management (EMM) software and solutions that maximize brand effectiveness for organizations with distributed marketing networks, announced today the appointment of Rick Macartney as vice president of client services. Macartney brings more than 25 years combined experience in the design, engineering, implementation and delivery of projects in customer relationship management, knowledge management, content management and database management.

“My primary focus is on ensuring that the Saepio client experience is an outstanding one, during the implementation process and beyond,” Macartney said.

Prior to joining Saepio, Macartney was director of enterprise content management professional services for Crown Partners. A member of the executive team, his responsibilities included all business-related activities for the Platform and Enterprise Content Solutions (ECS) practices.

Macartney’s background also includes senior positions at Cerner where he managed support for all client and associate learning activities. He held senior management positions at both Burnstand and Digital Lighthouse, where he managed professional services. Macartney began his career as a software engineer at Sperry and later GE Aerospace.
