All customization is based on corporate-generated templates with many configuration and permission options so that marketers at a corporate level can allow as much– or as little–customization of a piece as desired depending on their goals and users. Administrators can also require customized items to be submitted for approval, ensuring that only appropriately branded materials make it to print.

The view of the dashboard is configurable with each module displaying top-line information the marketer needs. Distributed marketers have a similar dashboard view, only with content specifically relevant to them based on designated roles and permissions.

Workflow functionality helps ensure that campaign projects are completed effectively, efficiently and on schedule. The corporate marketer kicks of marketing workflows using the various marketing elements–such as e-mail, print advertising, radio spots and more–into a targeted, scheduled marketing campaign with associated tasks. Local marketers simply execute the campaign and impart their market-specific knowledge when customizing elements without the hassle of identifying and locating assets, selecting vendors, coordinating deadlines, etc.

Integrated To-Do List and Calendar

Each workflow will contain all of the associated tasks that must be completed at the local level to implement a campaign. The contact database allows marketers to monitor communication and activities. At all levels this may include contact history with potential clients initiated through local campaigns, while corporate administrators can manage vendors and their associations with various projects, customizable collateral and/or hard good or service fulfillment.

Automated messaging functionality is also included so that the corporate marketer can contact distributed marketers who meet conditional criteria (such as no system access for a given period of time or missed deadlines within a mandatory campaign) with important internal messages.
